Isabella is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and strengthen their connections with themselves and others. She provides a supportive and collaborative space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and recovery.

Isabella earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, along with elements of Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Based techniques. This allows her to tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

Known for her warm, compassionate, and authentic style, Isabella believes that meaningful change happens within a safe and genuine therapeutic relationship. She helps clients develop insight, build resilience, and create lasting emotional and relational growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Isabella values the intersection of faith and recovery in the healing process. She welcomes clients who wish to incorporate their Christian beliefs or spiritual perspectives into therapy and has experience supporting individuals in addiction recovery and personal transformation grounded in both psychological and spiritual growth.
